Where do you ship?

We currently ship tracked orders to United States addresses.

How much is U.S. shipping?

Tracked shipping is $5.90 for orders under $59 and free for orders of $59 or more.

When should my order arrive?

Orders from quality-checked stock are estimated to arrive 9–16 business days after ordering. If supplier replenishment and additional quality checks are required, delivery can take up to 27 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent after the order ships.

Returns

What is the return window?

Eligible unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us before mailing a return. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays tracked return shipping to China. Review the Refund Policy for all conditions.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Materials, fit & care

Are material identities independently verified?

Not yet. Product pages clearly label supplier-stated material, bead-size, and weight information. Where the supplier evidence is incomplete, we leave the fact pending instead of presenting it as verified.

How do I choose a fit?

Measure snugly around the wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet. Check the product page for the measurements currently available and contact us before ordering when exact fit is important. Finished inner circumference and wrist-fit range remain pending for styles that have not been sample-measured.

Will color and pattern vary?

Yes. Color, sheen, and pattern can vary between pieces and can appear different across screens.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Avoid prolonged contact with water, fragrance, lotions, and household chemicals. Remove it before exercise, bathing, or sleep; wipe gently with a dry soft cloth and store it separately.

Packaging & cultural context

Is a gift box included?

No gift box is promised. Supplier-stated packaging is basic protective packaging; the Multicolor 8mm style is stated to use plastic foam protective packaging. Any packaging image shown on a product page is an information guide, not a photograph of a gift box.

What does the Pixiu design mean?

Pixiu is a traditional Chinese mythical creature used as a cultural symbol in jewelry. The bracelet is offered for design and personal symbolism only and does not promise wealth, luck, health, or any other outcome.
