Fivefold Ritual currently ships tracked orders from Dongguan, China to delivery addresses in the United States only.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders fulfilled from quality-checked stock normally require 2–4 business days for processing. A style that requires supplier replenishment or additional quality control can require up to 15 business days before dispatch. Any longer unexpected delay will be communicated by email, with the option to cancel for a full refund before shipment.

Standard tracked international transit is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is normally 9–16 business days for quality-checked stock. A supplier-replenished order can require up to 27 business days in total.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, peak seasons, holidays, address issues, and carrier delays may add time.

Shipping charges

  • Orders under $59 USD: Standard Tracked Shipping — $5.90 USD.
  • Orders of $59 USD or more: Free Standard Tracked Shipping.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Available rates are displayed at checkout.

Packaging

Each bracelet is placed in protective packaging for international transit. Presentation packaging and included accessories can vary by product. A gift box is included only when the product page explicitly says so.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking information after dispatch. Initial scans can take up to 72 hours. Contact us if tracking has not updated for 10 business days. If tracking says Delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery area and neighbors, then wait 48 hours before contacting us so we can help investigate.

Addresses, customs, and import charges

Please review the address carefully before checkout and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or other destination charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
