We want you to feel confident ordering from Fivefold Ritual. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is marked delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with the order number or other proof of purchase. Before sending anything back, contact us at c113544724232@gmail.com or through our Contact page to obtain return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping and address

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for a tracked international return shipment to China. International return postage can be significant, so please contact us before shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Keep the tracking receipt until the refund is complete.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items

If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. For an approved claim, Fivefold Ritual will cover the reasonable cost of the remedy and offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, worn or used items, and products clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds and exchanges

We inspect authorized returns after arrival. If approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
